Future Stars Football Camp Returns to Maigh Cuilinn this Easter

Maigh Cuilinn GAA is delighted to announce the return of the hugely popular Future Stars Football Camp this Easter! This year’s camp promises an exceptional opportunity for young footballers to develop their skills and passion for the game, under the expert guidance of renowned coaches.

The Future Stars Football Camp will be led by Seán Kelly, the current Galway Senior Football Captain, and Dessie Conneely, a highly decorated two-time County Championship winning captain. These two of Maigh Cuilinn’s most successful and recognized footballers, along with other senior club coaches, will provide invaluable coaching and mentorship to all attendees.

The camp will take place at Páirc Mhaigh Cuilinn (GAA Pitch) from Tuesday, April 22nd to Thursday, April 24th, 2025, running daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It is open to boys and girls aged 8 to 15 years old.

The camp is for Cumann Peile and LGFA Maigh Cuilinn members only.

At the Future Stars Football Camp, participants will receive

• Expert coaching from Seán Kelly, Dessie Conneely, and other senior men’s and ladies club coaches.
• Advice and guidance on skill development.
• Training in attacking play.
• Training in defensive play.
• Coaching on nutrition.
• Coaching on free-taking.
• Athletic development training.
• Communication skills training.
• Leadership skills development.
